“Mergers and Acquisitions” Event

AK EGV sponsored a “Mergers and Acquisitions” event on 19 November 2017 in cooperation with epravo.cz and CN Finance s.r.o. at the CEVRO INSTITUTE School of Political Studies. AK EGV was represented by Dr. Jindřich Vítek, Ph.D. and Terézia Miklášová, MBA. During the event, the audience learned about individual types of company transformation from the legal and tax points of view, including examples from practice. Participants were also given insights into all phases of the process of buying and selling a company.
