Miroslav Staněk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he first gained experience in the law firm and insolvency administrator with a special permit and since 2019 he has joined our office as a legal assistant. Currently, he is working as a Junior Associate.
During his studies, he participated in short-term study stays in Baku, Tbilisi and Innsbruck, focusing on international business law, intellectual property law and sports law.
In his practice, he specializes in law of obligations, including international FIDIC standards, construction law, property law preparation of transport infrastructure constructions and public procurement law.
